Samples & Customization
Q: Can you provide samples before bulk order?
A: Yes, absolutely! We offer two types of samples: stock samples for quick shipping and fully customized samples based on your design. Stock samples are free—you only pay the shipping cost. Custom samples require a small sample fee, which is refundable upon bulk order placement.
Q: How long does sampling take?
A: Stock samples are shipped via express and take 2-3 working days. For custom-printed samples with new artwork, it typically takes 5-7 working days from design approval to sample completion. Rush service is available for urgent projects.
Q: Can you print my brand logo on the packaging?
A: Certainly! We offer comprehensive custom printing services including rotogravure, flexographic, and digital printing—depending on your quantity and design complexity. Send us your artwork (AI, PDF, or CDR format) and we’ll provide a free design mockup within 24 hours.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Q: What’s your MOQ for custom printed bags?
A: For custom printed orders using rotogravure cylinders, our standard MOQ is 20,000 pieces. We also offer stock bags with no MOQ, ready for immediate shipment.
Pricing & Payment
Q: How do I get a quote?
A: Simply contact us with the following information:
Product type (stand-up pouch, flat bag, zipper bag, etc.)
Dimensions (width x height x gusset)
Material structure and thickness
Quantity needed
Printing requirements (number of colors, artwork)
Special features (degassing valves, tear notches, euro slots, etc.)
We’ll respond with a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (wire transfer). For first-time clients, our standard terms are 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.
Q: Are your prices FOB or CIF?
A: We provide both! We typically quote on FOB Shanghai or Ningbo basis, but can also provide CIF/CFR prices to your destination port. Door-to-door DDP service is available upon request.
Production & Quality Control
Q: How do you ensure consistent quality for bulk orders?
A: We implement a strict 3-step QC process:
Incoming inspection: Raw materials tested before production
In-line inspection: During printing and lamination
Final inspection: 100% inspection before packing and shipping
Random sampling follows AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards. You’ll receive photos/videos during production and a final QC report with shipment.

Shipping & Logistics
Q: How do you ship international orders?
A: We offer multiple shipping options based on order size and urgency:
By sea: FCL (Full Container Load) or LCL (Less than Container Load) for bulk orders
By air: For urgent or medium-sized orders
By express: DHL, FedEx, UPS for samples and small parcels (1-50 kg)
